About me
My Promise to You
I live by the Golden Rule.
The principle of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you.
I constantly revisit this principle in my daily coaching life because I consider it a major responsibility to help guide people’s professional growth, primarily in the sales world.
If people are going to put their whole trust in me to coach, mentor, support and guide them, it is my duty to give back just as equally.
Over the course of my 20+ year career, I have been extremely fortunate to have worked with salespeople from three very diverse market sectors, financial services, security & safety, and capital goods manufacturing. I’ve crossed paths with over 1000 salespeople whether onboarding, coaching, mentorship, or training.
The range of services and solutions are vast, but the common factor is that it takes salespeople to sell these products and services.
Though my approach to coaching and mentoring has evolved, my regard, appreciation and approach to salespeople has remained very much the same. All individuals have very similar, fundamental desires, to work hard, get better, and build a life they can be proud of with their family and friends.
Person to person, country to country, everyone aspires to similar goals.
At my core, I deeply care how the people I cross paths with achieve the dreams and hopes they have for themselves and their family.
I know first-hand how challenging being a sales professional is. First-off, selling is a profession, just like being an Accountant, a Lawyer, a software developer. Many times, salespeople do not give themselves the credit they deserve for the importance of work they do.
Like every profession, there are two tracks that must converge at some point, the practical and the personal.
In Sales, the practical is the Sales Process (Lead generation, discovery, closing, and fulfillment) while the personal is how you manage your own self (passion, presence, and mindset). In Sales, when these converge, its pretty spectacular to watch.
That is my goal as a coach, to see the practical and the personal come together. It is my true passion and what I promise to bring to the table if I am so fortunate to work with you.
